Job Description

we are looking for an Experienced Front-End Developer who thrives in a high energy, fast-paced environment to join our growing team. This is a full-time, ON-SITE position. As a Front-End Developer at Zero Friction Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects for a wide range of clients. You'll be using standard technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on most projects; however, you'll also have the opportunity to take on stretch assignments to help you reach your personal development goals.

Requirements

  • Advanced HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
  • Work with clients to understand business needs and create technical solutions
  • Provide technical feedback and leadership to other team members
  • Review and intake assets from our partners and provide feedback on the technical implications
  • Compose maintainable, scalable, and modular client-side architecture and that integrates well with a diverse set of back-end platforms
  • Document key aspects of a project for the client, and other team members
  • Contribute to our collective brainpower through innovation and peer review
  • Ability to convert mockups into functional website
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience building mobile-friendly responsive websites (with HTML/CSS/JS, not relying on bootstrap or other frameworks)
  • Are skilled in UI Development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON
  • Understanding of browser and device compatibility
  • Adhere to coding standards to write code that is understandable by everyone on the team
  • Actively contribute opinions on responsive design techniques, and progressive enhancement
  • Confidence in styling dynamic content
  • Ability to optimize site performance
  • Ability to take wireframes from conception to implementation and design and improve user interfaces
  • Ability to troublshoot issues across sites and technologies to identify root cause among widely varying scenarios (both proactively and reactively)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well with minimum supervision
